Yep, Spring is in there air so its time to stop making excuses(LOL winter is over) and get those repairs done if you are thinking of selling. Here are my top "To Do's" if you are getting ready to sell this spring/summer:

1-Clean up your yard
2- Paint anything that is peeling or needs a face lift like fences, sheds and trim
3- If you dont have good landscaping, now is the time to address it and get some good curb appeal going!
4-Declutter the inside of your home
5-Get rid of any odors, clean your windows
6-Pressure wash your siding and decks to have them look like new again

Then call your agent and get going and you will be glad you made these repairs & changes!
